my complaints..!!

1) I am havin some super duper insomnia disease now..!!
from mon till now alr.
the worst time was ytd.!
lay on bed @ 1.30am.. but stil awake at 6am. =.=
argh..!!
when will this insomnia go away.??!!

2) My back the left shoulder blade area freaking pain..!!
n it had been lidat for one week or more alr.!
argh..!! n i have totally no idea y it is hurting
i cant sit or stand still for long.
have to move abit at times to try n let it not hurt.
argh..!!
when will the pain go away.??!!
