a sense of warmth..

had trouble falling alsp on sunday night to welcome monday.. as mentioned on my entry below.. here is another of my thoughts tat is being carried out today..


found out tat my bro wil be home and i was sick n tired of eating maggi for my meals the past consecutive days, i made a decision to................ COOK..!!


i was up at 11am and tried to pester my bro to acc me to get groceries.. oh wells.. but i failed.. so i carried on by myself shopping at sheng siong..


jux tot of cooking sth simple.. lady's finger n chicken.. ingredients are bought n home it is, to start preparing.. few incidents happen like the knob of the tap got loose n i got my bro to help mi fixed it back.. done preparing all the things needed for the lady's finger and began to start on the chicken..


the HORROR came..!! i had to start by cutting of its neck..!! GROSS..!! i dun hv the heart to do that even though it is dead alr..!! so i screamed for my bro once again to help mi with it..!! wahaha..!! frankly speaking.. washing the chicken is so so SO SO tough..!! i had trouble digging the organs n all tat.. n had even harder time cutting the chicken with a scissors as my house got no good sharp knife to chop it..


but hey.. i bear the pain n pulled it thru.. n it is time to start cooking without my mummy ard..! lady's finger 1st.. trying to fry them with belacan.. as i am stil a noob in cooking.. n it's my 1st time using the belacan.. i threw the whole big cube down to fry but it was to dry n it stick to the wok..!! oh no..!!

tried added water in it.. n by this time my bro came popping in the kitchen screaming.. 'eh y so smelly..!!' haa.. it was so funny so comical la.. omg..

well, i had enuff of experiment and i hurried to call my mama for HELP..!! but to my delight.. i am on the right path.. but jux tat i was stupid to throw the big cube of belacan in instead of cutting to smaller pieces.. heex.. =x


other than tat the rest of my cooking went quite smoothly.. had absolute fun cooking when my mummy is not home..!! haa.. u shuld be clever to noe y hor.. =) enjoyed lunch with my bro too..


cooked enuff for dinner as well.. so waited for mummy to get home n the 3 of us eat my cooking.. while looking at them eating my food, i feel a sense of warmth in the family n in them.. it kinds of feel sweet, fortunate & family-like to eat home-cooked food tgt.. and oso feeling happy n contented tat i was able to feed them; for my mum when she is back from a hard day's work & for my forever hungry bro.. heex.. =)


all in all.. i had LOTS of FUN and it is a contented, sweet and warm day for me.. is urs too..??

u shuld try wat i did today.. trust mi.. the feeling is so MAGICAL..

tell mi abt ur experience it u really took my advice..
