Painful..!!

i had the most painful day on Monday..!! i woke up at 8am n started vomiting.. n wanting to faint.. n it keep repeated whenever i get up from my bed.. i think i gotten food poisoning.. i had totally no strength to do anything..

my mum came home quite early oso n guess wat.. she oso got slight food poisoning.. not as bad as mine.. so i took her med n eat..


had to work on tues which it today.. but i did not go work.. cuz from food posioning it comes with fever.. when it is recovered.. i had gastric pain.. OMG..!! can u imagine how much pain i put thru these 2 days..!! argh.!! i dun wan it to ever happen to mi again..!! HATE it so badly..!!

vomiting sux..!! it remembered mi of tat once last year when i got something lidat til i dehydrated.. scary.. wats worst this time round i'm alone at home when it started happening and i did not tell my family not wanting them to worry..
